Bich (Bic) Nguyen, borned in Vietnam and immigrated with family to Oklahoma City in 1994 when she was 8 years old. She leads the Analytics Center of Excellence at Oklahoma Gas and Electric (OG+E). She is primary responsible for developing and executing the analytics strategy and enhance analytics adoption at her company. She also takes an active role in developing talents and leading through organizational changes. She is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her BBA in Supply Chain Management and International Business. She studied abroad in France and obtained a French Minor. She also holds an MBA from the Oklahoma City University and a Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was a board member for Boat People SOS (BPSOS) Delaware Valley, a non-profit organization that helps resettle Southeast Asian refugees. She had helped BPSOS developed and executed marketing and fundraising campaigns. She was a Catholic Youth Leader and have held many leadership positions in Oklahoma City and Philadelphia chapters. She is currently on the Board of the National Association of Asian American Professionals OKC as the current president. Bich is married and has two adopted children and a newborn. She loves to spend time outdoors, a globetrotter, helping people find their passion and challenge the status quo!
